ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Isabel is all about numbers…and then some. She is as versatile as they come. And has a wicked sense of humour to top it off!
With a background over many years in bookkeeping and corporate management, along with running her own business, she is the backbone to our firm. She keeps us running.
A strong performer in teamwork, conflict resolution, and goal achievement, she brings excellent experience, knowledge and professionalism to our team.
Proficient in various software programs utilised in logistics, accounting and corporate spaces, she prioritises precision in all tasks and is a reliable and responsible team player.
Notably, she successfully established and operated her own business during the Covid-19 pandemic in Victoria, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Something that any business owner felt challenging.
She is currently pursuing a Diploma of Accounting and is committed to continuous professional growth and ready to contribute effectively to her role.
Isabel is an integral part of our team and we are pleased to have her as part of our crew.
Janine Hallett
BUSINESS COORDINATOR
Janine is our allrounder with many hats on. She looks after our marketing, social media, initial enquiries, appointment bookings, investigation support, research, travel arrangements, networking, administration and overseeing the client experience.
Whilst Janine is an ex-nurse who specialised in Renal Dialysis Nursing up until the pandemic hit, she decided to return to her previous career in Administration where she ran the office of a large Stonemasonry Manufacturing/Construction firm and a Medical Secretary at a major public hospital in Melbourne.
Since Janine relocated to Queensland, she has been volunteering at The Neighbourhood Hub in George Street, Mackay. She enjoys her role as the driver for SecondBite which is a Coles Supermarket initiative where left over food is distributed to the homeless.
Janine is married with 2 teenage children and brings maturity, professionalism, advanced administration experience and insight to many industries, including Retail, Supply, Telecommunications, Logistics, Manufacturing, Construction, HR, Finance and Medical – both private and public.
She is a self confessed crazy cat lady and coffee lover.
Lennon Del Citto
RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Lennon thrives on attention to detail and has a thirst for intel. He is our part time research assistant and Jason enjoys mentoring him.
Lennon is currently studying a Bachelor of Criminology at Victoria University and he is loving this industry.
He is also a mad sports fanatic – anything sports and he’s there. He is an arm chair footballer and cricketer. He loves statistics and has a knack of researching everything which makes him a great asset to our team
